The "Less is more" approach is based on the research and studies available from around the globe and is the basis for our personal formulations. When an ingredient doesn't provide anything beyond 'feel' or 'slip' it is generally deemed redundant and as such omitted. 

DIY skin care is not rocket science.  SEA endeavors to remove the rocketry from the science and make it easier for someone without a scientific background to take charge of their self care routine. A basic understanding of chemistry and cell biology does make it easier when creating your personal skin care solutions, however we hope to make SEA as informative and clear for a  new to DIY individual as possible.
